In 1999, he founded NoteSchool with one clear goal: to help other people create the same kind of change in their lives that he had experienced himself. His teaching stood out because it was based on real work and real outcomes, not textbook ideas. People from all walks of life connected with his approach.

As the industry changed, Eddie continued to grow with it. He built strong relationships with large buyers and gained access to deal opportunities most individuals never see. Instead of keeping that advantage to himself, he used it to help his students find paths that were once out of reach.

Today, Eddie Speed is seen as one of the original leaders in note investing. He has coached more than 2,000 students and helped them create better income, more freedom, and a new way of thinking about real estate. His impact has helped shape how note investing is taught today.
